馬介休茶碗蒸(家常菜)

茶碗蒸,一款常見的日式小菜,在小小茶碗內的滑嫩蒸蛋中融入海陸各式鮮味。


食材/分量

  • 雞蛋1隻
  • 柴魚湯80ml
  • 食鹽*適量
  • 馬介休絲20g
  • 香菇1隻
  • 蟹柳1條
  • 蘆筍片、馬介休絲、葡腸碎(點綴用)適量

做法步驟

  • 1. 蛋打散後加入柴魚湯、食鹽混合,過隔篩濾走泡沬
    2. 碗內放入馬介休絲、香菇、蟹柳,倒入蛋漿
    3. 封上保鮮紙,中火蒸12-15分鐘
    4. 放上蘆筍片、馬介休絲、葡腸碎點綴
    *食鹽 用量視乎馬介休絲咸度調整
